From Wikipedia 'Agnostics claim either that it is not possible to have absolute or certain knowledge of the existence of God or gods; or, alternatively, that while individual certainty may be possible, they personally have no knowledge.' A large part of the map is taken by China. According to the World Christian Database data, the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea has the largest percentage of agnostics, followed by China.
